Job summary

Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing, Septic & AC Services in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team. You will conduct in-home estimates and advise on HVAC replacement solutions, while selling a range of air conditioning and heating systems.

The role requires at least 3 years of HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience as an HVAC Comfort Advisor, or HVAC related field.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct warm in home estimates to identify HVAC replacement solutions.
Sell HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating units, package units, mini-splits, geo-thermal, RTU's, dehumidifiers, ductwork and IAQ packages.
Sell residential and commercial service agreements and membership packages.
Residential and light commercial appointment opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of all sales, and installation schedules.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC estimates.
Coordinate equipment ordering and staging for installation.
Ongoing training and leadership development.
Responsible for company provided vehicle, gas card, cell phone and tablet.
