Job summary

Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing, Septic & AC Services in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team. You will conduct in-home estimates and advise on HVAC replacement solutions, while selling a range of air conditioning and heating systems.

The role requires at least 3 years of HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an HVAC Comfort Advisor, or HVAC related field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct warm in home estimates to identify HVAC replacement solutions.
• Sell HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating units, package units, mini-splits, geo-thermal, RTU's, dehumidifiers, ductwork and IAQ packages.
• Sell residential and commercial service agreements and membership packages.
• Residential and light commercial appointment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales, and installation schedules.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC estimates.
• Coordinate equipment ordering and staging for installation.
• Ongoing training and leadership development.
• Responsible for company provided vehicle, gas card, cell phone and tablet.
