ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring motivated Residential Outside Sales Advisors (Comfort Advisors) to meet with homeowners, assess heating and cooling systems, and present customized replacement solutions.

This performance-driven role offers training-to-draw, warm leads, and a path to significant earnings, with comprehensive benefits and a strong support network across a national HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services provider.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience required or strongly preferred in HVAC or related home improvement fields.
• One-call close experience is essential for the role.
• HVAC knowledge is helpful and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments to assess HVAC replacement needs.
• Inspect existing heating and cooling equipment to determine job scope and pricing.
• Access attics, crawlspaces, basements, or mechanical areas as needed for inspection.
• Provide professional recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and replacements.
• Present financing options and system solutions during consultations.
• Close sales in a one-call close environment.
• Deliver a professional customer experience from consultation through installation.
• Coordinate with installation teams for a smooth handoff.
