As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments to evaluate their heating and cooling needs and recommend customized comfort solutions that fit their home and budget. You will assess existing HVAC systems, explain equipment and financing options, build trust through a consultative sales approach, and guide customers through the purchasing process with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications:

• Previous in-home sales experience required
• HVAC, roofing, windows, solar, bath remodeling, or other home improvement sales experience strongly preferred
