Climate Control Services, INC. is expanding its Home Comfort Advisor team across Boynton Beach and surrounding Palm Beach County areas. You will walk in, build trust, present replacement options, and close deals using our Right Away Selling System.

This is a commission-only role with earning potential from $150k to $300k+ annually depending on performance. Pre-set, pre-qualified appointments are provided; no cold calling is required. Training and supportive team backing you.

Qualifications

• Proven B2C sales track record in relevant industries.
• Top producer recognition (e.g., #1 rep, president's club).
• Valid Florida driver’s license and clean background check.
• No HVAC experience required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Walk in, build trust with homeowners and close deals.
• Present replacement options using our proven selling system.
• No cold calling; rely on pre-set, pre-qualified appointments.
• Receive ongoing training and support from a seasoned team.

This is NOT a technician role. We provide pre-set, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners. You walk in, build trust, present replacement options, and close deals using our proven Right Away Selling System.

WHAT YOU EARN:

• Average performer: ~$150,000 to $200,000/year
• Strong performer: ~$250,000/year
• Top performers: $300,000+/year

WHAT WE NEED:

• Proven B2C sales track record (cars, insurance, real estate, solar, roofing, home improvement)
• You've been a TOP PRODUCER — #1 rep, president's club, broke records
• Valid FL driver's license, clean background check, drug screen
• NO prior HVAC experience — we prefer to train from scratch
