Job summary

Service Today in Bear, DE is seeking an experienced HVAC sales professional to meet homeowners, assess needs, and present tailored solutions for installation or upgrade projects.

You will guide customers through financing options, build trust, and coordinate with installation teams to ensure seamless project completion while striving to beat sales targets. This is a full-time, commission-based role with solid benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, or home services sales experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build rapport with homeowners.
• Consultative selling with ability to explain technical information.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs.
• Provide customized solutions for system replacements and upgrades.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical background a plus
