Job summary

Service Today in Bear, ID is seeking a results-driven sales professional for a full-time HVAC/home services role. You will meet homeowners, present replacements, explain financing, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless projects.

This is a 100% commission-based position with bonuses and benefits, including weekly pay, a company vehicle and fuel card, 401(k) match, health coverage, and disability and life insurance. A clean driving record and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with homeowners.
• Consultative selling with the ability to clearly explain technical information.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to evaluate HVAC needs.
• Provide customized solutions for system replacements and upgrades.
• Present financing options and educate customers.
• Build trust and deliver outstanding customer service.

$100,000 to $210,000 Commission-based pay structure.
