The City of Atlanta is seeking an HVAC Inspector to ensure compliance of commercial and residential structures with building, mechanical, and gas codes. You will review plans, issue notices, and conduct reinspections while coordinating with architects, contractors, and the public.

A GA driver’s license is required. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, five years’ HVAC experience, and ICC Mechanical Inspector or State license certification.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five (5) years of work experience with HVAC systems as a contractor or journeyman.
• Must have an ICC Mechanical Inspector certification or a State Heating and Air License.
