Herc Rentals in Round Rock, TX seeks a Climate Remediation Control Technician (HVAC Installer) to safely deliver, install, and remove climate control equipment at customer sites. You will ensure equipment is clean, organized, and ready to rent, while providing excellent customer service and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of work experience with mechanical/technical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily delivery and pick-up schedule according to business needs.
• Yard prep: ensure equipment and materials are ready for shipment.
• Represent Herc Rentals in communication with customers, Sales, and internal resources.
• Maintain tools and supplies to complete projects.
• Document projects using iPad/laptop/voice tools for daily notes and reports.
• Drive, load and unload box trucks and vans.
• Attend training as directed by management.
