Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Climate Solutions Tech in Dallas, TX to perform jobsite installations and minor repairs on HVAC and dehumidification equipment. You will operate the delivery vehicle safely and install equipment at customer locations, while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge with repairing and maintaining HVAC equipment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with common tools.
• Strong customer service, teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs frequently.
• Willingness to participate in on-call 24/7 emergency rotation.

Responsibilities

• Minor repairs, maintenance checks and cleaning of equipment.
• Report equipment condition before and after usage.
• Demonstrate equipment for customers.
• Assist with loading and unloading of equipment.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
