Job summary

United Rentals, the worlds largest equipment rental provider, is seeking a Climate Solutions Equipment Associate in the Power/HVAC division to perform jobsite installations and minor repairs on HVAC and dehumidification equipment at customer locations. You will operate the delivery vehicle safely and support on-site service.

Requirements include a High School diploma, basic HVAC repair knowledge, mechanical aptitude, good customer service and communication, a valid driver5s license, and

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of repairing and maintaining HVAC equipment.
Mechanical aptitude with appropriate tools.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to lift items up to 45 lbs.
Willingness to be on an on-call rotation for 24/7 emergencies.

Responsibilities

Minor repairs, maintenance checks and the cleaning of equipment
Report equipment condition before and after usage
Demonstrate equipment for customers
Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment
Other duties assigned as needed
