Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1 to 3 years of experience in a service or client service capacity.
• Knowledge of HVAC Systems is a plus.
• Must be able to handle high-stress situations.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in person, by phone and through written communication.
• Available for local travel.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and growth for assigned portfolio.
• Drives the account management process for assigned portfolio, including development of client profiles and service delivery plans.
• Identifies and communicates issues and business goals to the account team and leadership.
• Facilitates timely proposals and responses to client needs with the service team.
• Collaborates with sales leads and cross-functional teams to develop innovative client solutions.
• Attends sales and client support trainings and meetings.
