Job summary

Johnson Controls in San Antonio, TX is seeking an HVAC Client Resource Coordinator to schedule service requests and manage technician calendars on site. You will communicate plans to customers and track work through to completion, ensuring accuracy in customer records via NxGen and supporting related administrative tasks.

Ideal applicants have a high school diploma and 2–5 years in service operations or scheduling, with strong communication and organizational skills to handle multiple projects

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–5 years in service ops or scheduling.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills for internal/external communication.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities with tact and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule service requests and coordinate technician schedules.
• Communicate action plans to customers and ensure timely work completion.
• Maintain up-to-date customer account information in NxGen.
• Assist with time/expense reporting and time-sheet corrections.
• Support billing, customer service, and administrative tasks as needed.
