Job summary

Envolve Community Management Company owns and professionally manages apartment communities in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at Franklin Place Townhomes in El Paso, TX.

The role involves repairing apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures and basic carpentry, performing preventive maintenance, and completing work orders. Flexibility for 24/7 on-call emergencies is required.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has HVAC certification with 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks and basic carpentry.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties when needed.
• Complete work orders and forms documenting maintenance operations; on-call for emergencies 24/7.
