The Maintenance Technician role at England Apartments in Alexandria, LA involves performing general maintenance, repairs and specialized tasks in HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, with emphasis on excellent resident service.

The successful candidate will have experience in plumbing, electrical and carpentry, and HVAC certification with 3+ years of maintenance

Qualifications

• Candidate must have experience in plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• HVAC certification with 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience preferred.
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks and basic carpentry.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms for documentation of maintenance operations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and coordinate with supervisor.
