Job summary

Envolve Community Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Carpenter's Pointe Apartments in Dallas, TX. You will repair appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, plumbing, and perform basic carpentry and general maintenance tasks to keep the community running smoothly.

The role requires at least 3 years of maintenance experience; HVAC certification is preferred. You must be willing to respond to emergency calls 24/7 and pass background screening and drug testing. EOE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• REAC inspection experience preferred.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
• Background screening and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Repair appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, plumbing and basic carpentry.
• Perform preventive maintenance as needed.
• Complete work orders and maintain maintenance documentation.
