Job summary

Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is seeking an experienced, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Memphis, TN. The role is Monday–Friday with rotating on-call and overtime as needed; candidates must manage time well and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced maintenance environment.

Responsibilities include HVAC repair/installation, appliance and plumbing work, lock rekeying, and routine preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required (Universal preferred).
• Two or more years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Own tools and reliable vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass credit, background, and drug screening.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and installation of HVAC equipment.
• Appliance, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Install, repair, and rekey locks.
• Move and install appliances and prepare apartments for move-ins.
• Daily documentation of work performed.
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards.
