Job summary

Lynd Management Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repair across apartment units and property facilities. You will handle service requests and work under the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to keep units market-ready.

Responsibilities include HVAC maintenance, basic plumbing/electrical work, make-ready of vacant units, and coordination with vendors for major projects while maintaining safety and professional interactions with residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of facility maintenance experience.
• EPA Type II or Universal and CAMT preferred.
• Must provide own industry-specific tools.
• Bilingual – Spanish a plus.
• Commercial maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical, and janitorial.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize maintenance requests, and complete repairs per supervisor directions.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems; replace filters and service coils as needed.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs, leaks, and clogs in sinks/ toilets.
• Perform minor electrical repairs and lighting improvements.
• Make ready and prepare vacant units for tenants as needed.
• Inspect and maintain appliances, fixtures, and property components.
• Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and replacements.
• Maintain safety practices and proper documentation of work orders.
