Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician I in New Albany, OH to perform general maintenance across our residential community. You will support the facilities team, handle routine repairs, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate brings HVAC certification and 2+ years in residential property maintenance, with a focus on customer service and reliability. Join a values-driven team and contribute to a well-maintained, welcoming community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience.
• Proven customer experience delivery and strong time management.
• Ability to operate tools safely and follow safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders promptly and provide outstanding service.
• Maintain community grounds, clubhouses, buildings, pool and common areas.
• Clean work area and use tools following safety standards.
• Support capital improvements and sitewide initiatives.
• Handle emergency service calls on a rotational basis; assist with seasonal tasks.
• Maintain curb appeal and pet waste management as needed.
