Responsibilities

Maintain the property and common areas.
Respond to resident service requests and perform unit turns.
Complete resident work orders accurately and timely.
Perform make-ready repairs and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections.
Maintain community grounds and mechanical equipment.
Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls and participate in on-call rotation.
Maintain a professional, customer-service-focused approach with residents.
Follow safety procedures and report issues promptly.
