Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facilities and maintenance operations at one of our luxury apartment communities in New Albany, OH. You will lead a team of technicians and groundskeepers, manage work orders, and uphold safety and quality standards consistent with LC’s purpose and values.

The role requires HVAC certification (EPA 608), OSHA 10, and prior experience managing a maintenance team in urban multi-family property settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC Certification (EPA 608) required.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Experience managing a maintenance team in urban multi-family properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance technicians and groundskeepers and prioritizes work orders.
• Handles emergency service calls on a rotational basis and snow removal.
• Develops team in maintenance skills including appliance repair, plumbing, HVAC.
• Creates and executes preventative maintenance programs.
• Manages vendor relationships and assists capital projects.
• Supports hosting resident events and maintains customer satisfaction scores.
