Job summary

Lifestyle Communities in New Albany, Ohio, is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our Property Management team. The role involves performing a wide range of general maintenance tasks across the community and its facilities, ensuring safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, HVAC certification, and at least 2 years of related experience. EPA 608 and OSHA 10 are preferred. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• HVAC certification is required.
• EPA 608 and OSHA 10 certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of general maintenance repairs for an assigned community.
• Assist with upkeep of grounds, clubhouses, buildings, pool, and common areas to meet company standards.
• Process resident work orders and service requests promptly and accurately.
• Support capital improvements and sitewide initiatives with the regional maintenance team.
• Handle emergency service calls on a rotation basis and assist with seasonal tasks (pool maintenance, snow removal).
• Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness, including pet waste stations and trash removal/compaction.
