Bryten is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor (HVAC/CPO Cert) to lead the maintenance operations at Orchard on Gilbert in Gilbert, AZ. You will supervise a maintenance team, coordinate service requests, and ensure high standards of safety, reliability, and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has HVAC knowledge, 3+ years of building or property maintenance with leadership experience, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification and related trade certifications required.
• Three+ years building/facilities maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Ability to read diagrams and safety documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and support maintenance team to ensure safety and service excellence.
• Coordinate and prioritize service requests, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Oversee apartment make-ready operations and ensure vacant homes are ready for occupancy.
• Perform and supervise HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and building repairs.
• Conduct inspections of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for operations and capital projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inventories, and work orders.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and participate in on-call rotation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
