Qualifications

• At least three (3) years' experience in maintenance, some supervisory.
• Must be able to read and write in English at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team and schedule work orders.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely.
• Oversee turnaround operations to make vacant units rent-ready.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and minor electrical issues.
• Coordinate make-ready needs with the manager.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance services.
