Job summary

Live Bryten is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Cabana North Valley in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead the maintenance team, schedule work orders, ensure timely repairs, and manage make-ready units. On-call for 24-hour emergency maintenance and oversee grounds and common areas.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of building/facility maintenance experience, supervisory exposure, ability to read diagrams, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. English literacy required.

Qualifications

• Completion of 3+ years in building/facility maintenance, with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to read diagrams, meters and repair instructions.
• Must read/write English at an intermediate level and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and manage work order schedules.
• Oversee repairs and make-ready of vacant units for rent.
• Handle 24-hour emergency maintenance on-call as required.
• Coordinate grounds upkeep and landscape maintenance.
• Inspect plumbing and basic electrical systems and document activities.
