Job summary

WOODLAKE PROPERTIES, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle routine repairs and maintenance throughout the Athens community. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, ensuring timely, quality make-ready work and proactive upkeep of all systems.

The role requires HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and at least 2 years of maintenance experience. In-person, full-time schedule with on-call rotation and benefits including health insurance and paid time

Qualifications

HVAC certification is required.
Maintenance experience: 2 years minimum.
Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community.
Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
Assess and repair issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors. Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs and snow removal.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
Conduct interior and exterior rounds to ensure proper functioning of systems and equipment, structure integrity, and grounds condition.
Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, repairs, work orders, and apartment make-ready status.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
On call rotation required.
