Job summary

WOODLAKE PROPERTIES, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle routine repairs and maintenance throughout the Athens community. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, ensuring timely, quality make-ready work and proactive upkeep of all systems.

The role requires HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and at least 2 years of maintenance experience. In-person, full-time schedule with on-call rotation and benefits including health insurance and paid time

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Maintenance experience: 2 years minimum.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community.
• Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
• Assess and repair issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors. Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs and snow removal.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Conduct interior and exterior rounds to ensure proper functioning of systems and equipment, structure integrity, and grounds condition.
• Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, repairs, work orders, and apartment make-ready status.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• On call rotation required.

~Assess and repair issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors. Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and dry wall repairs and snow removal.

~Performs preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.

~Conduct interior and exterior rounds to ensure proper functioning of systems and equipment, structure integrity of buildings, condition of grounds, etc.

~Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, work-in- progress, apartment make-ready status, etc.

~Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.

~All other duties as assigned.

~On call rotation required
