Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep them under budget.
• Inspect community grounds daily.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and perform maintenance requests promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors and supervise on-site personnel.
• Maintain records of maintenance and safety checks.
• Provide emergency resident support after hours.
