Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Basic math skills including rates, ratios and percentages.
• Ability to follow instructions with some problem-solving.
• Beginner experience with MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure they are below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Perform turn and maintenance of vacant units.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Carry out preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping and lawn care.
• Snow removal of sidewalks.
• Maintain records of maintenance and tools.
• Supervise contractors on site.
• Provide emergency resident support after hours.
• Maintain unit and site maintenance records.
• Service and maintain common amenities.
• Conduct quarterly unit inspections.
• Maintain overall curb appeal and site condition.
• Supervise personnel and provide training.
