Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, preferably in apartments or hotel industry.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns.
• HVAC or EPA Universal Certification is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and general computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• General repairs to apartments and common areas.
• Vacant apartment preparation.
• Snow and trash removal; emergency repairs; cleaning; landscaping.
• Order maintenance equipment and supplies; record keeping; accepting deliveries.
• Moving appliances and other job-related duties.
