Candidates should have maintenance experience, ideally in apartments or hotels, plus strong customer service and basic computer skills. HVAC certification is a plus; on-call and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry.
• Excellent customer service and general computer knowledge.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs in apartments and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Snow and trash removal and on-call emergency repairs.
• Clean, landscape, order maintenance supplies, and keep records.
• Receive deliveries and move appliances as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
