The role supports resident comfort by handling plumbing, electrical, appliances, and turns, with emphasis on safety and quality. Candidates should have maintenance experience, customer service skills, and basic computer know-how; HVAC certification is a plus, weekend/on-call availability preferred, with a competitive starting wage of $19.00–$22.00

Qualifications

Maintenance experience, preferably in apartment or hotel industry.
Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances.
Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
On-call availability and weekend work may be required.
HVAC certification is a plus.
