Job summary

Marquette Management Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Lake Bluff, IL to maintain a clean, well-kept living environment for residents. Responsibilities include repairs to apartments and common areas, preparing vacant units, snow and trash removal, and other duties as needed.

Experience in maintenance is required, preferably in apartments or hotels, with strong customer service skills. HVAC or EPA Universal Certification is a plus; on-call availability and potential weekend work are

• Maintenance experience required, preferably in apartment or hotel industry.
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
• Candidate should have experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs to apartments and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy.
• Snow removal, trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, and landscaping.
• Order maintenance equipment and supplies, maintain records, accept deliveries, move appliances, and other duties as assigned.
