Job summary

Marquette Management Inc. in Lisle, IL is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep residents' living spaces clean and well maintained.

Responsibilities include repairs in apartments and common areas, vacant unit turnover, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, and groundskeeping. The ideal candidate has maintenance experience (apartment or hotel preferred), customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and experience with plumbing, electrical, and appliances.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience, preferably in apartments or hotels, and strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turnovers.
• HVAC certification is a plus; on-call and weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs to apartments and common areas, and prepare vacant units.
• Snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning and landscaping.
• Order maintenance equipment and supplies, and maintain records.
• Accept deliveries and move appliances; support other duties as assigned.
