Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs to apartments and common areas.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
- Snow and trash removal as needed.
- Emergency repairs and routine maintenance.
- Cleaning and landscaping around properties.
- Order maintenance equipment and supplies and keep records.
- Accept deliveries and move appliances as required.
