Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to enhance the integrity of our community and uphold safety standards. You will interact closely with residents and guests to provide outstanding service.

Your day includes making-ready apartments, completing service requests, performing routine maintenance, managing inventory, and supporting preventative maintenance and resident programs. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of maintenance experience, EPA/HVAC/CPO

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of apartment maintenance or related trade experience preferred.
• Certifications EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Able to read service requests and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests and perform common area maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Support resident satisfaction programs.
• Communicate with customers, residents, vendors, and team members.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.
