Our company is seeking a highly motivated and innovative HVAC Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, seeking out new business opportunities, and identifying opportunities for personal and company growth.

Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  4. Valid driver's license and ability to travel in an automobile.
