UG2 is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Wheaton, Maryland to support general building operations. The role involves inspecting, testing, and performing O&M preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical and control systems.

You will conduct daily tours, respond to service calls, and assist with carpentry and painting duties as needed. The position requires at least 3 years in building maintenance, Universal CFC certification, and ability to interpret manuals.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of building and maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

Responsabilidades

• Performs mechanical work for installation and maintenance of equipment, systems and facilities per diagrams and manuals.
• Performs preventive maintenance on air and water distribution systems including air handlers, fans, VAVs and pumps.
• Maintains and repairs Building Automation/Energy Management systems and Fire Safety System requirements.
• Conducts regular tours of mechanical spaces and building grounds to identify issues.
• Responds to service calls for HVAC, plumbing, lighting, carpentry, and related duties.
• Communicates work status to owner or supervisor and updates work orders.
