Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, troubleshooting breakdowns, and coordinating with facilities teams to ensure safe, compliant operation.

Qualifications

• At least four years of full-time professional experience in HVACR and/or building automation.
• Combination of education and related experience may satisfy the four-year requirement.
• Must meet pre-employment screening and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conditions of equipment like boilers, controls, and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair unscheduled equipment breakdowns to keep operation online.
• Plan actions, notify supervisor of delays, and manage work orders with a service mindset.
• Perform repairs requiring multiple trades, including welding, plumbing, electrical, and HCACR tasks.
• Assist with snow removal, safety training, and other facilities duties as needed.
• Coordinate with HQ/front desk coverage and other facilities when required.
