Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial/industrial maintenance, knowledge of HVAC and building systems, EPA Universal and forklift certifications, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with a proactive, reliable mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial/industrial facility maintenance or related fields.
• HVAC basics and building mechanical/electrical/plumbing system knowledge.
• Strong hands-on abilities with common hand and power tools.
• Proactive, reliable communicator with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on facility maintenance, drywall, framing, patching, painting, and minor construction.
• Conduct planned preventative maintenance on building infrastructure and facility equipment.
• Service, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop area and manage tool/material storage.
• Manage material flow and assist with moving larger units and equipment in the facility.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks; build crates and packaging for shipment.
• Support site deliveries, intake, and logistics as needed.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and engineering to log work and resolve site challenges.
