Job summary

Lab37 Robotics is seeking an Electro Mechanical Technician to assemble, test, and support the production of advanced robotic food production systems in our Pittsburgh office.

You will work closely with engineering teams, follow SOPs, and contribute to quality checks and process improvements. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a safe, organized workspace in a fast-moving robotics manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, robotics, automation, equipment assembly, field service, or a related technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical systems, subassemblies, and components according to work instructions.
• Perform mechanical assembly, wiring, harness routing, fluid routing, sensor installation, actuator installation.
• Follow quality checks and test procedures to verify assemblies are complete and functioning.
• Document work completed, issues found, and deviations from procedures.
