Job summary

CloudKitchens seeks a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician at a single Pittsburgh facility. You will perform maintenance, minor construction, and planned upkeep of building systems, including HVAC and refrigeration, ensuring a safe, organized workspace.

You will also manage material flow, operate forklifts, and support logistics while collaborating with engineering and leadership to resolve site challenges. The role is on-site with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on facility maintenance experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Working knowledge of HVAC basics and building mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.
• EPA Universal certification; forklift certification required or to be earned after hire.
• Proficient with common hand tools, power tools, drywalling, framing, and general repairs.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and work at heights as needed.
• Strong communication, reliability, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on facility maintenance and minor construction tasks (drywall, framing, patching, painting, fit-outs).
• Conduct planned preventive maintenance on building infrastructure and equipment, including HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop area and manage material flow and logistics for site deliveries.
