Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of Project Management experience.
• Basic accounting or cost principles.
• HVAC mechanical controls systems experience.
• Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Office environment.
• Excellent communication skills with non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment.
• Customer-centric and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site leader assigned to projects.
• Perform cost estimating, project scheduling and management activities; maintain positive cash flow.
• Ensure projects are properly executed, budgeted, and billed on time.
• Manage the selection, ordering, and delivery schedule of materials.
• Proactively establish long-term customer and contractor relationships.
• Interface with customers throughout the project life cycle for feedback.
• Provide leadership and communicate project status, forecasts and margins.
• Pursue additional business opportunities through change orders and proposals.
• Coordinate safety programs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
