Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8+ years of experience in HVAC or building controls.
• Experience in control theory and building automation systems.
• Experience integrating low-voltage subsystems using protocols such as LON or BACnet.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and service complex building control systems for client facilities.
• Develop software for operation and commissioning of the system.
• Create drawings, BOMs, network layouts, and electrical schematics.
• Coordinate submittals and installation drawings.
• Oversee material orders and delivery; assist in loading and commissioning; provide owner training.
• Lead coordination meetings and perform value engineering.
