Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking a dynamic leader to head a team of Account Managers focused on expanding sales, profits, and relationships within end-user commercial clients and the contracting/engineering community.

You will collaborate with MESA Account Managers, Sales Directors, and Operations to maximize HVAC and Building Automation opportunities. The role emphasizes developing business plans, coaching Account Managers, and maintaining key client relationships while driving sales growth

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; B.A./B.S. desired.
7+ years of sales experience in HVAC/Automation.
Prior sales leadership/management experience desired.
Strong time management, communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, Dynamics, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes a business plan and sales strategy to achieve sales goals and profitability.
Manages performance and development of Account Managers.
Mentors and coaches the team to build motivation and selling skills.
Maintains contact with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Prepares sales forecasts and activity reports for management.
Creates and conducts proposal presentations, RFP responses, and monthly sales meetings.
