Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of service operations or dispatch/scheduling experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tact and persistence.
• Ability to forecast based on financial impact to goals.
• Experience in basic project accounting or costing principles.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day service business processes and team management for the branch.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and financial objectives are met.
• Lead the local service support function and strengthen branch performance through service applications and business processes.
• Drive sustainable, profitable growth across all lines of service business.
• Own tactical local service business and ensure defined processes are executed consistently.
• Partner with managers on forecasting, business analysis, and financial performance.
• Directly supervise the service business support team, including invoicing and file maintenance.
• Coach and support branch service teams on business best practices.
