Carrier Enterprise is seeking a Wholesale Branch Sales Representative in Summerville to grow sales of HVAC products to dealers and contractors. You will report to the Branch Sales Manager and be eligible for performance bonuses.

This role emphasizes relationship building, account management, and leveraging promotions to increase sales velocity. You will travel as needed for training, meetings, and development opportunities, while collaborating with a national distributor of residential and light

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
• Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
• Identify growth opportunities for assigned accounts and new accounts.
• Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
• Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions to maximize customer engagement.
• Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
• Provide input to Wholesale Management on products to be stocked and levels needed.
• Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.
• Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers.
• Learn and utilize internal industry-leading technology offerings.
• Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
• Recruiting: perform regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list.
