Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide expert advice on HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure correct pricing and invoicing.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, specifications, and pricing.
• Monitor stock, perform regular cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical issues.
• Promote sales initiatives and upsell when appropriate.
• Support warehouse operations including receiving and stocking merchandise.
