Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably HVAC/R related.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R products and components.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computerized sales and inventory management systems.
• Willingness to learn, team-oriented mindset, and reliable attendance.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide expert advice, product information and recommendations.
• Process customer orders accurately, ensure availability and proper pricing.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, specs, compatibility and pricing.
• Monitor floor stock, conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical questions.
• Promote sales initiatives and upsell where appropriate.
• Provide warehouse support, receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and replenishment.
• Safely operate forklifts and maintain a clean counter/warehouse.
• Uphold safety standards and perform other duties as assigned.
