Carrier Enterprise in Houston, TX is seeking a Part-Time Branch Sales Associate for our HVAC products. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, process orders, and support store and warehouse operations.

This role offers pathway to full-time employment and eligibility for limited company-sponsored benefits, including participation in the 401(k) plan. A High School Diploma and one year of customer service are required, with forklift proficiency a plus.

Formación

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide expert advice on HVAC products and supplies.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure proper pricing and invoicing.
• Maintain inventory knowledge including specifications and pricing.
• Replenish floor stock; conduct regular inventory counts; report discrepancies.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting related to HVAC equipment.
